Peter Lee

chef/owner Peter grew up cooking traditional Korean food with his mom in San Jose. He decided to leave college to attend culinary school thinking he would finish college after culinary school. Instead he fell in love with cooking and decided to work in restaurants from Catalina Island, Calistoga, Sonoma Valley, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Santa Barbara.

He has a wide range from working in fast food restaurants in high school to 3 Michelin Star restaurant Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas. Most recently opening Loquita restaurant as Executive Chef where he worked for 4 years before deciding to go out on his own.

Felicia Medina

chef/owner Felicia being of mixed background of Mexican, Cuban & Chinese was exposed to a wide range of delicious food at an early age. Perhaps it is how early she was exposed to such diverse food that drove her to become the chef that she is today.

Felicia travelled from Jamaica, Catalina Island, Sonoma, Beverly Hills & Las Vegas before settling in Santa Barbara. Throughout her travels she has worked for some of the nations greatest chefs; such as Jose Andres & Scott Conant.

“We don’t put anything on the menu that we wouldn’t make for ourselves so know that everything that is on the menu is our A game, no fillers on this menu.”
